LAS VEGAS, Oct 16, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- LiveDeal, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIVE), a provider of web-based customer acquisition services for small local businesses and Internet Yellow Pages directory services, announced that Rajesh Navar has resigned as a member of the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Navar has been on the LiveDeal, Inc. Board since June 2007 and has been Chairman of the Board since May of 2008.
LiveDeal's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Richard Sommer described Navar as a valued colleague and a good friend.
