Richard Sommer, former CEO of ZipRealty, had served on the Board of Directors of ZipRealty (http://www.ziprealty.com/) since September 2006. Prior to joining ZipRealty, Mr. Sommer was the Chief Executive Officer of HomeGain.com (http://www.homegain.com/). In addition to his leadership of HomeGain, Mr. Sommer served as president of the loanworks division of IndyMac Bank. He also served as president and managing director of International Real Estate Operations for Realtor.com. Prior to joining HomeStore (now move.com (http://www.move.com/)), Mr. Sommer was co-founder, president and CEO of Accordus, a technology infrastructure company serving the healthcare products industry. From 1988 to 1998, he was founder, president and CEO of De La Cruz Occupational Healthcare. He began his career with McKinsey & Co. He graduated cum laude in 1983 from Princeton University with a degree in politics and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, where he earned a master's degree in international political economy. In 1990, he earned a law degree from the Stanford Law School.

Rajeev Seshadri was appointed as CFO effective January 20, 2009. Seshadri was born and raised in India. Seshadri received his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from I.I.T. in India, in 1972, and then later attended the University of Michigan where he received his MBA in 1983, majoring in Finance and Strategic Marketing. Since his start as a Research Analyst at K.A. Knapp, he has been a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of several private companies in the Internet and technology spaces. He brings a wealth of experience to LiveDeal, Inc.
