Rajesh Navar Founded LiveDeal in 2003 and as its CEO built LiveDeal into one of the leading online classifieds and yellow pages websites. In June 2007, he merged LiveDeal with YP Corp, a publicly traded company.
Rajesh brings over 20 years experience building high technology and Internet companies. As an original member of the engineering and management teams at eBay and other Internet companies, Rajesh is one of the pioneers in e-commerce. Prior to founding LiveDeal, Rajesh was the 35 th employee and a senior member of the engineering team at eBay where he founded and built eBay's search team, helping build eBay into one of the world's most successful and profitable e-commerce companies.
Rajesh draws on years of experience in senior engineering positions at other startups. He led an engineering team at Integral Development Corporation in Palo Alto, Calif., a company focused on the development of software products that enables financial institutions to conduct web-based transactions in capital markets. He also served as a senior software engineer at Neural Applications Corporation in Coralville, Iowa, a start up involved in the development of Internet applications and software and hardware process control systems.
Rajesh holds a Master's in Business Management (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India.
Mr. Butler has served as a director of our company since August 2006. From 2004 to the present, Mr. Butler has served as President of Ref-Razzer Company, which manufacturers and sells sports related products. From 1999 to the present, Mr. Butler has worked as an independent consultant, advising clients with regard to the creation, workout and restructuring of companies and providing access to capital through his capabilities in originating, structuring, and placing financing in a broad range of markets. Prior to that time, Mr. Butler served as the President of Aspen Healthcare, Inc., the Chief Executive Officer and President of Mt. Whitney Savings Bank, First Federal Mortgage Bank, and Trafalgar Mortgage, and he was an Executive Officer and member of the President's Advisory Committee at American Savings & Loan Association. Mr. Butler attended Bowling Green University in Ohio, San Joaquin Delta College in California and Southern Oregon State College
Mr. Clarke is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TheStreet.com (NASQ-TSCM). Prior to joining that company in 1999, Mr. Clarke was Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Financial Investor Relations. At that company, Mr. Clarke oversaw the sale of what was then Technimetrics Inc. from Knight-Ridder to Thomson Corporation in 1998. Mr. Clarke has also held management positions at companies such as McAuto Systems Corp. and Media Records.
Additionally, Mr. Clarke serves as a business information advisor for Plum Holdings L.P., an institutional venture capital firm specializing in early stage investments in media companies. He serves on the University of Albany's executive advisory board of the Center for Comparative Functional Genomics, and on the board of Standing Stone, Inc., developers of disease state management solutions. Mr. Clarke holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from St. John's University.
Mike Edelhart, brings to LiveDeal an extensive resume as a long-standing media and Internet start-up investor and executive. Currently, Mike is founder and Managing Director of First 30, a new company-creation consultancy. First 30's first major project is spinning off and operating an Internet company and sub-brand for a major East Coast non-profit. Mike is also an advisor to Infovell, Inc., which has developed revolutionary technology for high end search, after serving as the company's initial CEO. He is chairman of the board of Olive Software, a Sequoia backed XML software developer, where he earlier was CEO. Other current assignments include: Board of Directors member, Good Health Ad Network; Advisor, Aggregate Knowledge; Advisor: SmaSh Technology; and Advisor: Intridea.
Previously, Mike was CEO of Inman News, the leading provider of information, analysis and events to the residential real estate community, and Zinio Systems, which produces and distributes magazines in digital form. Mike joined Zinio from Redleaf Group, an early stage investment company where he was Sr. Director of the San Francisco office. Prior to Redleaf, he was founder and CEO of Intagio (formerly "BarterTrust"), an, international clicks-and-mortar non-cash exchange network.
Mike was President and CEO of Third Age Media and a Vice-president at SoftBank, where he directed content for the Seybold, Interop and Comdex conferences and launched new businesses in online education, conferences and consulting. Prior to SoftBank, Mike spent thirteen years at Ziff Davis in a variety of executive and editorial positions. He was the original Executive Editor of PC Magazine, Editor-in-Chief of PC Week and Editor/Publisher of PC/Computing. Mike has served as an Internet strategies consultant to Bloomberg, Reuters, AARP and other major media and Internet companies. Mike, the author of more than 25 books on subjects ranging from Intel processors to the social history of Virginia and earth sheltered housing design, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Northern Colorado.
Greg A. LeClaire, currently is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors, CLEARONE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (NASDAQ: CLRO). Mr. LeClaire served as vice president of finance and administration with Livedeal.com from April 2006 to August 2006. Earlier, he held a 12-year career in a variety of senior finance and accounting positions with UTAH MEDICAL PRODUCTS, INC. (NASDAQ: UTMD), rising to become vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Utah Medical Products, he held audit and accountant positions with Zions Bancorporation and FMC Gold Corporation. Mr. LeClaire earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a master of science degree in management from Stanford University.
Mr. Milk has served as a director of our company since September 2006. For the five years prior to becoming a director, Mr. Milk served as the Vice President of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses, where he was responsible for government relations, education programs, board support and member services. Mr. Milk also served at the Securities and Exchange Commission for nine years, during which time he served as the Executive Director for five years. In that role, Mr. Milk assisted in the restructuring of the Division of Corporation Finance, the largest division of the SEC. Since 1981, Mr. Milk has served as a senior officer for several organizations. He was a Vice President for an international trade association and was the Executive Vice President for a youth educational exchange program. Mr. Milk holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
